Waitlist

Turn “fully booked” into a second chance

When the waitlist is enabled, guests who find their preferred time full can leave their name instead of walking away. If a spot later opens up, the system fills it automatically — no phone tag required.

  1. Guest joins the waitlist — On a full slot, the guest taps the bell (“Notify me”), picks the time, and leaves their name and email.
  2. A booking is cancelled — When a reservation in that slot is cancelled (by the guest or staff), the slot frees up.
  3. The next guest is notified automatically — The first person waiting for that date is emailed that a spot has opened, inviting them to book.
