New Booking (Manual Entry)
Add a reservation on behalf of a guest by phone or in person
When a guest calls or walks in, staff can create a booking directly from the Admin Panel without going through the guest frontend.
Navigate to New Booking in the sidebar menu. Fill in the form:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Space | Choose from the available spaces, or leave as “Auto-assign”. |
| Date | Pick the reservation date from the date picker. |
| Time slot | Available time slots for that date load automatically. Select from the dropdown. |
| Name | Guest’s full name (required). |
| Guest’s email for the confirmation (optional for walk-ins). | |
| Phone | Optional — useful for follow-up. |
| Message | Internal note or guest request (optional). |
| Status | Set to Pending or Confirmed directly. |
Press “Save booking”. If an email was provided, the guest receives the standard confirmation email.
