New Booking (Manual Entry)

Add a reservation on behalf of a guest by phone or in person

When a guest calls or walks in, staff can create a booking directly from the Admin Panel without going through the guest frontend.

Navigate to New Booking in the sidebar menu. Fill in the form:

Field Notes
Space Choose from the available spaces, or leave as “Auto-assign”.
Date Pick the reservation date from the date picker.
Time slot Available time slots for that date load automatically. Select from the dropdown.
Name Guest’s full name (required).
Email Guest’s email for the confirmation (optional for walk-ins).
Phone Optional — useful for follow-up.
Message Internal note or guest request (optional).
Status Set to Pending or Confirmed directly.

Press “Save booking”. If an email was provided, the guest receives the standard confirmation email.
