Pending New booking, not yet reviewed by staff. Yes — Confirm or Cancel.
Confirmed Staff has confirmed. Guest received a confirmation. No, unless you need to cancel.
Cancelled Cancelled by guest or staff. Slot is free again. No further action needed.
Attended Guest showed up (marked after the visit). No — feeds statistics & review requests.
No-Show Guest did not show up (marked after the slot). No — counted in the no-show rate.
  • A guest says their slot is not available — Check that the day is enabled in Availability, the space is Active, and there is no blocked slot or full capacity on that day.
  • Guest did not receive an email — Ask them to check spam/junk. Verify the email in the booking detail. Many Thai guests prefer Sign in with LINE — confirmations then arrive in LINE instead.
  • Reminders / reviews are not being sent — Check they are switched on in Availability → automatic messages, and that guests opted in (for reviews). If still nothing, ask miraTEQ to confirm the scheduler is running.
  • My no-show rate looks wrong / empty — Statistics depend on staff marking Attended / No-Show on bookings (Chapter 6.2). Without those marks, the rate stays at zero.
  • I need to change the opening hours — Go to Availability → adjust the hours for the relevant day → Save changes. Takes effect immediately.
  • I need to close for a day — Either disable the weekday in Availability (recurring) or add a full-day blocked slot in the Calendar (one-off).
