Every automatic message the system can send

The system sends messages automatically on specific events — no manual action needed. Marketing messages (rebooking, win-back, review) are only sent to guests who opted in.

Message Sent to Trigger
Booking Request Received Guest Immediately after a guest submits. Includes details, a “Manage booking” link and a “View menu” link.
New Booking Notification Restaurant + staff LINE Immediately after a guest submits. Email to the restaurant inbox; LINE card with Accept/Decline to staff.
Booking Confirmed Guest When staff press “Confirm”.
Booking Cancelled Guest When staff or the guest cancels.
Appointment Reminder New Guest Automatically before the booking (default ~24h ahead).
Waitlist — Spot Available New Waitlisted guest When a booking in a full slot is cancelled.
Rebooking / Win-Back New Opted-in guest After a chosen period without a visit.
Review Request New Opted-in guest A short delay after a visit marked “Attended”.
