Availability
Set opening hours, booking rules, and automatic-message settings
Navigate to Availability in the sidebar. This page controls when guests can book, how the time slot grid works, and (in a card at the bottom) the automatic guest messages.
Global Settings
Section titled “Global Settings”| Setting | Description | Example |

| Slot duration (min) | How long each bookable time slot is. All slots on the calendar are this length. | 60 → slots at 18:00, 19:00, 20:00… |
| Buffer (min) | Gap automatically added after each booking. Prevents back-to-back bookings with no turnover time. | 15 → a 60-min booking at 18:00 blocks until 19:15. |
| Max advance booking (days) | How far in advance guests can book. Days beyond this are greyed out on the guest calendar. | 30 → guests can book up to a month ahead. |
Opening Hours per Day
Section titled “Opening Hours per Day”Below the global settings is a grid with all seven days of the week. For each day you can:
- Enable / disable the day (toggle). Disabled days show as “Closed” to guests — no slots appear.
- Set opening and closing time for that day (e.g. 11:00–22:00). Slots are only generated within this window.
Automatic-Message Settings New
Section titled “Automatic-Message Settings New”At the bottom of this page is the card that switches the reminders, rebooking, win-back, review requests, and the marketing opt-in on or off. See Chapter 11.4 for the details.
Press “Save changes” after any modification. Changes take effect for new bookings immediately.
