Understand your bookings, no-shows, and returning guests

The Statistics page (also labelled “Statistics” in the navigation) turns your bookings into simple business insights. Choose a time range at the top — 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year — and the figures update instantly.

  • 65 — Bookings
  • 40% — No-Show Rate
  • 13.8% — Cancellation
  • 100% — Repeat Guests | Figure | What it tells you | | — | — | | Bookings | Total reservations in the selected period. | | No-Show Rate | Share of bookings marked No-Show — the reason marking attendance matters. A high rate may justify reminders or a deposit policy. | | Cancellation Rate | Share of bookings that were cancelled. | | Repeat Guests | Share of guests who have booked more than once — a measure of loyalty. | | Bookings per day / week / month | A bar chart of volume over time, so you can spot busy and quiet periods. |
