What miraBOOK is and how it works for your venue

miraBOOK is the online reservation system powering your-site.example/book. Guests visit the page and book a table or space directly, no phone call, no app download required. Staff manage everything through the Admin Panel at your-site.example/book/admin.

Beyond simply taking reservations, miraBOOK is a complete guest-management system: it reminds guests before they arrive, tracks who showed up, builds a guest history, and can automatically invite guests back and ask happy guests for a Google review.

  • 🌐 Guest Frontend: Mobile-first booking wizard in English, Thai and Chinese. Guests choose a space, pick a date and time, fill in details, and submit.
  • 🔐 Admin Panel: Password-protected dashboard for staff. Calendar, bookings, statistics, guest history, waitlist, availability, and settings.
  • ⏰ Automatic Reminders: Guests are reminded before their booking by email and/or LINE, a proven way to reduce no-shows.
  • 📊 Statistics & Guest History: See no-show rates, repeat-guest numbers, and a searchable history of every guest and their visits.
  • 💬 Win-Back & Reviews: Invite guests who haven’t returned in a while, and automatically ask guests who attended for a Google review.
  • 📱 LINE & Menu Link: Guests can book and confirm via LINE, and every confirmation offers a one-tap link to your digital menu.
  • 🔔 Notifications on your phone: New bookings and cancellations arrive as a notification on your phone the moment they happen, even when the panel is closed (Chapter 20).
  • 👥 A login per person: Every team member gets their own account and sees only their own appointments, not your revenue and not your settings (Chapter 21).
  • 🗑 Nothing is lost by accident: Deleted bookings sit in the Trash for 30 days (Chapter 6.4), and every change is recorded in an Activity log that cannot be edited (Chapter 23).

Booking Spaces (Zones)

A space (also called a “zone”) is any bookable area, a room, a section, an outdoor terrace, or a group of tables. Set up as many as you need in the Admin Panel. For example:

  • Terrace: Outdoor terrace seating
  • Garden (Outdoor): Open-air garden area
  • Café: Indoor café seating
  • Wine Bar: Wine bar area
  • Private Meeting: Private room for events
    • Add more spaces via Admin → Spaces
