Activity Log

Who changed what, when, and from where, in a record that cannot be edited

Open Activity log in the sidebar, or press “Open activity log” in Settings:

Every change is recorded here: who, what, when and from where. Entries cannot be changed or deleted and are removed automatically after 12 months.

Column Shows
When Date and time of the change
Who The account that did it: you, a team member by name, miraTEQ Support, or the system
What The action in plain words, for example “Appointment deleted” or “Password changed”
Details Which record it was. For a deletion this is the only place the appointment still exists
From where The internet address the action came from

Actions that matter most, a deletion for example, are shown in red. An action someone attempted but was not allowed to perform is greyed out and carries a “denied” tag, so it never looks like a change that went through.

Three filters sit above the list:

Filter Options
Period Last 7 days · Last 30 days · Last 90 days · Everything
Who Everyone, or one specific account
What Everything, or one group: Appointments · Customers · Settings · Access & security

Below the list, “Load more” fetches the next page and a counter shows how much you are looking at (“40 of 312 entries”). “Reset filters” clears everything back to the full view.

Use “Download as table” to save the filtered view as a spreadsheet file, for your accountant, a landlord, or your own records.

Group Examples
Appointments Created, confirmed, cancelled, moved, attendance recorded, deleted, restored, deleted for good, blocked time added or removed, treatment paused or resumed
Customers Customer details changed, customer deleted, waiting list entry deleted, data downloaded
Settings Opening hours, areas, automatic messages, design, texts, notification address, calendar connected or disconnected
Access & security Signed in, sign-in failed, signed out, password changed, two-factor turned on or off, team account created, changed, or deleted

A failed sign-in leaves a trace just like a successful one, which is exactly what you want to see if someone is guessing at your password.

The entries are chained together, so a missing or altered line is detectable. If the log ever shows
