What miraMENU is and how it works for your venue

miraMENU turns your menu into a QR code on the table. Guests scan it with their phone camera and instantly see a beautiful menu with photos and prices in their browser, no app download, no signup. You update the menu, change prices, or hide sold-out dishes yourself through the Admin Panel, without ever reprinting a paper menu.

miraMENU comes in two tiers, pick the one that fits your venue:

• 🍽️ Lite, a digital menu to view: Guests scan the QR and browse the menu, then order with your staff as usual. Ideal if you want a beautiful, modern, multilingual menu while keeping personal table service.
• ⚡ Pro, a full ordering system: Everything in Lite plus online ordering from the table (add to cart → send order → kitchen sees it live), a kitchen screen, service view, cashier view, a running table bill, and payment options.

This manual covers both tiers

Every section states clearly whether it is Lite, Pro, or both. If you use Lite, simply skip anything marked (Pro), those features appear when you upgrade.

What guests see

• 🌐 Guest menu page: Mobile-first, language switch via flag buttons at the top. Items grouped into categories, each with a photo, price, and details.
• 🛒 Ordering (Pro): Tap to add to cart, add a note (for example “no peanuts”), and send the order straight to the kitchen.
• 💳 Payment (Pro): View the running bill any time, then pay by PromptPay, call a waiter to your table, or pay at the counter.
• 💚 LINE follow + review: A button inviting guests to add your restaurant on LINE, and to leave a Google review.

What you manage (Admin Panel)

• 📖 Menu: Categories, dishes, prices, photos, updated instantly.
• 🪑 Tables: Create tables and print a QR code for each one.
• 🍳 Kitchen / service / cashier (Pro): See live orders, move them through their stages, and settle bills.
• 📊 Statistics (Pro): Top dishes, peak hours, revenue, and which languages guests use.
• 🎨 Appearance: Your logo, hero photo, colours, and an optional promotion popup, all yours to change (Chapter 10).
• 🔔 Notifications: New orders and waiter calls on the phone of whoever needs to act on them (Chapter 12).
• 🗑 Trash & audit log: Deleted dishes come back for 30 days, and every change is on record (Chapter 13).

Languages

The menu supports Thai (TH), English (EN), and Chinese (中文 / ZH). You choose which languages to switch on for your venue. Guests change the language themselves using the flag buttons at the top of the page.

Optional features

Several features in this manual (the call-waiter bell, PromptPay, the LINE button, review requests) are switched on or off by miraTEQ to match your tier and how you run your venue. If a screen described here is not visible, that feature is simply not enabled yet, contact miraTEQ to turn it on or upgrade.
