6.2 Actions: Confirm, Cancel, Attended, No-Show

Section titled “6.2 Actions: Confirm, Cancel, Attended, No-Show”

Each booking row has an Actions column. Tap the booking to open the detail modal, then use the action buttons:

Action Effect Sends email?
✅ Confirm Changes status from Pending to Confirmed. Yes, “Your booking is confirmed” to the guest (+ LINE card if connected).
❌ Cancel Changes status to Cancelled. The slot becomes available again, and any waitlisted guest is notified. Yes, “Your booking has been cancelled” to the guest.
✔ Attended New Marks that the guest showed up. Feeds the guest’s history and the no-show statistics. Also makes them eligible for the automatic review request (Chapter 11.3). No (the review request, if enabled, is sent later automatically).
✖ No-Show New Marks that the guest did not show up. Counted in the no-show rate on the Statistics page and in the guest’s history. No.
🗑 Delete Moves the booking to the Trash, where you can bring it back for 30 days (Section 6.4). No, guest is not notified. Cancel first if you want to notify.

Tapping a booking opens a pop-up showing all its information, including any answers from the pre-booking form (Chapter 2.3):

6.4 Trash: bringing a deleted booking back

Section titled “6.4 Trash: bringing a deleted booking back”

Deleting a booking does not destroy it. The Bookings page has a third tab next to List and Calendar:

🗑 Trash — “Deleted appointments land here and can be restored for 30 days. After that they are removed for good.”

Each entry shows the appointment, when it was deleted, and how much time is left (“3 days ago · 27 days left”), with two buttons:

Button What happens
Restore The booking returns to the list with its original status, date, and time.
Delete for good Removes it immediately and for ever. You are asked to confirm first.
