How you and your team sign in to the panel and sign out again

Open a browser and go to:

The sign-in page is called Admin Login, with “Manage your business” below it. At the bottom of the page you choose the panel’s language.

Signing in

1. If your business has team accounts (Chapter 21), the page first asks Who are you?. Choose Owner (full access) or your name.
2. Enter your password.
3. Stay logged in is already ticked. This keeps the panel signed in on this device for 90 days, also as an installed app (Chapter 20). On someone else’s device, untick it.
4. Press “Sign in”.

Without a password the page says “Please enter a password.”, with a wrong one “Login failed.” After eight failed attempts within 15 minutes, the panel stops accepting sign-ins from that network for a while. The message speaks of booking attempts and an hour; after 15 minutes at the most it works again.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If you have switched 2FA on (Chapter 16.2), the field Authentication code (2FA) appears on the same page after the password, with the note “Please enter your 6-digit code.” Open your authenticator app and enter the six-digit code. The field also accepts one of your recovery codes instead.

Trust this device

Below the code field is “Trust this device for 90 days”. With this tick, or with Stay logged in, the panel does not ask for the code on this device for 90 days. Every new device asks for it again.

When miraTEQ support signs in

If miraTEQ needs access to your panel to help you, the sign-in page also asks support for the Reason for access. It is recorded in your Activity log, together with every step support takes (Chapter 23).

Signing out

Tap “Sign out” at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone, open the menu first. The next time, the panel asks for the password again. On a trusted device it only asks for the 2FA code again once the 90 days are over.
