Notifications on Your Phone
New orders and waiter calls reach the right person, even with the panel closed
Open the 🔔 Notifications tab. Every role has it, because everyone needs to hear something different.
New orders and waiter calls arrive as a notification on this device, even when the panel is closed.
This matters most in a venue where nobody is standing in front of a screen: a small kitchen, a terrace, a shop where you are the only person working.
12.1 Switching it on
Section titled “12.1 Switching it on”Notifications belong to a device, not to an account. Every phone, every tablet, every till is switched on separately, where it stands.
- Sign in on the device that should ring
- Open 🔔 Notifications
- Press “Turn notifications on”
- Choose Allow when the browser asks
The card then reads “On for this device” and shows how many devices are registered.
12.2 What arrives on this device
Section titled “12.2 What arrives on this device”The card “What arrives on this device” tells each person what they will get, based on their role:

| Order ready | “Table 7, ready to serve” |
