Managing Your Menu
Categories, dishes, prices, and photos, edit them yourself, instantly
One of miraMENU’s biggest strengths is that you edit the menu yourself, instantly, no waiting, no reprinting. This section applies to both tiers. Open the 📖 Menu tab in the Admin Panel.
4.1 Categories
Section titled “4.1 Categories”Group your dishes into categories so guests find things easily, for example “Snacks”, “Mains”, “Desserts”, “Drinks”.
- Tap Add category and enter a name in each enabled language
- Drag to reorder, the top category appears first in the guest menu
- You can have sub-categories (for example “Drinks → Coffee / Tea / Juice”)
4.2 Add and edit dishes
Section titled “4.2 Add and edit dishes”Tap Add dish in the desired category and fill in:

| Description (per language) | Optional, helps sell the dish and list ingredients |
| Price | A number, the system adds the currency symbol (฿) |
| Photo | JPEG or WebP, up to 500 KB (see 4.4) |
4.3 Change prices and hide sold-out dishes
Section titled “4.3 Change prices and hide sold-out dishes”- Change a price: Edit the number on that dish and save, the new price appears to guests instantly.
- Sold out today: Temporarily hide the dish, then switch it back on when it is available again, no need to delete it.
- Delete: Remove a dish you no longer sell. It moves to the Trash, where you can bring it back for 30 days (Chapter 13).
4.4 Dish photos
Section titled “4.4 Dish photos”Good photos sell. The system accepts JPEG or WebP files up to 500 KB each.
- A phone photo in natural light looks great
- The system shows a preview as soon as you pick a file
- Square photos display best
