Account, Security, and FAQ

Change your password, set up two-factor authentication, and answers to common questions

Reach this page from the round initial menu in the top right corner, then choose Account & Security.

Enter your current password, then set a new password (at least 8 characters), and type it again to confirm. Press Change password. An eye icon lets you reveal the password you’re typing, in case of a typo.

2FA adds an extra layer of security to your account. Besides your password, you’ll need to enter a 6-digit code from an app on your phone every time you log in. It’s recommended, especially if several people at your business share the same account.

To turn it on:

  1. Press Set up under the 2FA section
  2. Confirm your current password again
  3. Scan the QR code shown with an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password (if you can’t scan it, you can type the secret code shown into the app manually)
  4. Save the recovery codes shown, somewhere safe, for example by downloading them as a file or copying them. Each code works only once, and they let you get back into your account if you lose your phone
  5. Enter the 6-digit code from the app to confirm, then press Enable 2FA

To turn 2FA off, press Disable and confirm with your password again.
