QR Codes & Tables
Create table QR codes, print them, and how guests scan
The heart of miraMENU is the QR code on the table. Guests scan it with their phone camera and your menu opens instantly. In the Pro tier the system also remembers which table they are sitting at, so orders reach the kitchen with the table number attached automatically.
2.1 Create tables (both tiers)
Section titled “2.1 Create tables (both tiers)”In the Admin Panel, open the 🪑 Tables tab to add your seating. Each table has its own name, for example “Table 1”, “Terrace 3”, or “Bar”. Add as many as you like.
- Tap Add table and give it a name
- Rename or delete tables any time
- Deactivate a table you no longer use, its old QR stops working
2.2 Print the QR code
Section titled “2.2 Print the QR code”In the 📱 QR tab (or the QR button next to each table), the system generates that table’s QR code. You can:
- Download the QR image to print
- Place it on a table tent, a sticker, or inside your menu booklet
- Make one large QR at the entrance so guests can browse before they sit down
2.3 How guests scan
Section titled “2.3 How guests scan”- The guest opens their phone camera (no scanner app needed, iPhone and Android cameras read QR codes on their own)
- They point it at the QR and tap the link that appears
- Your menu opens in the browser instantly, in the language that suits their phone
No install, no signup, no cost to the guest.
