The start page: what is on today, what is waiting for you, and where to continue

The Dashboard is the first page after you log in. Four tiles at the top tell you what is going on, and each of them can be tapped. A tile opens exactly the list where you continue working, with the matching filter already set.

Tile What it shows Tapping it opens
Today Appointments today. Underneath: how many are done and when the next one starts, for example “2 done · next at 14:00”, and at the end of the day “all done”. Bookings, filtered to today
Waiting for you Requests that still need your confirmation. Underneath: how long the oldest one has been waiting, “since today” or for example “oldest 3 days ago”. Bookings, filtered to pending requests from today on
This week Appointments this week. Underneath: the number from last week, for example “last week: 12” or “none last week”, or the change in percent once both weeks have at least five. Reports. Whoever cannot open them, a team member for example, lands in the calendar’s week view.
The fourth tile Depends on your type of business, see the next table.

The fourth tile shows the figure that matters most in your line of work:

Your business Tile What it shows Tapping it opens
Massage, beauty, nails, hair Utilization How full today is: booked hours out of the hours your team works today. On a day off it says “closed today”. Calendar
Restaurant Guests today People expected today, with the number of reservations. Bookings, today
Hotel, homestay Arrivals today Check-ins today, and how many guests depart. Bookings, today
Practice No-shows Guests who did not come, with the rate over the last 30 days. Bookings, filtered to no-shows
Courses and classes Next class When the next class takes place, or “nothing scheduled”. Bookings, tomorrow
Consulting New inquiries Inquiries from the last 7 days. Bookings, today
Everything else Tomorrow Appointments tomorrow and when the first one starts, for example “first at 09:00”. Bookings, tomorrow

A dash instead of a number means the figure cannot be worked out right now, for example utilization on a day when nobody works. The panel prefers an honest dash to a wrong zero.

Below the tiles you find Today’s bookings, sorted by time, with number, time, guest, provider, number of guests and status. ⋯ at the end of each row gives you the same actions as in the bookings list, including the details (Chapter 6.2). When nothing is left for today, the list says “Nothing left for today” and, if there are later appointments, “Your next appointments are below.”

Below that, Up next lists the next appointments after today. This makes the page useful in the evening and on a day off as well. If nothing is booked, the list is hidden.

The page keeps itself up to date. Every 10 seconds the panel checks for changes and reloads the figures when something has happened.
