Link & QR Code
Share your booking page, print its QR code, and send guests straight to one treatment, day or person
Open Link & QR code in the sidebar. Your team can open this page too.
26.1 Your booking link
Section titled “26.1 Your booking link”The box at the top shows the address of your booking page. “Copy link” puts it on the clipboard, Open shows the page in a new tab. Share this link wherever guests find you: your Instagram bio, Facebook, WhatsApp, your website or your Google Business Profile.
26.2 QR code
Section titled “26.2 QR code”The QR code leads to the same page. Guests scan it with their phone camera and land straight on your booking page, which makes it useful on flyers, in your shop window or on business cards.
- “Download QR (SVG)” saves it as an SVG file. It stays sharp at any size, from a sticker to a poster. Send this file to your print shop.
- “Large version for printing” opens a large version in a new tab, for printing it yourself.
26.3 Links that choose something in advance
Section titled “26.3 Links that choose something in advance”Your website can send a guest straight to one treatment, a day or a person. This is how the “Book” button under a massage on your website opens the booking with exactly that massage. miraTEQ builds these links when setting up your website. The panel has no page for them, because they use the internal names of your treatments.
| Added to the address | What the guest sees |
|---|---|
?category=thai |
The list opens filtered to one kind of treatment, for example all Thai massages. The guest still picks the duration. |
?services=thai-60 |
One particular treatment is already chosen, with its duration. |
&date=2026-10-12 |
The calendar opens on that day. |
&time=10:30 |
That time is already chosen, if it is still free. |
?provider=… |
One particular person is already chosen, for example your therapist. |
The parts can be combined. your-site.example/book?services=thai-60&date=2026-10-12&time=10:30 opens the booking on 12 October at 10:30 with the 60-minute Thai massage chosen.
A link never leads to an error page. Whatever no longer fits is simply left out, and the guest chooses for themselves:
- a treatment you have renamed or removed,
- a day in the past, beyond your booking window or one on which nobody works,
- a time that is already taken (the day stays).
If your booking page first asks “Just me or as a couple?”, the guest answers that before day and time are shown, because prices and free times depend on the answer.
26.4 A link to a voucher
Section titled “26.4 A link to a voucher”Your voucher page can open with an amount already chosen, for example for a “Give this massage as a present” button. Chapter 24.2 explains how.
