Undoing and the history
Take a publication back, and bring older versions of a text back
12.1 Taking the last publication back
Section titled “12.1 Taking the last publication back”Published, and it was not right after all? The same window offers “Undo last publication”. Your website then shows the state it had before.
Your text inside miraCMS stays exactly as it is. You are only taking the website back, not your work. Correct it calmly and publish again afterwards.
12.2 The history of a piece of text
Section titled “12.2 The history of a piece of text”The History button sits at the top right. It opens the change history: who changed which field, and when.
- “Show diff” puts the old and the new text side by side
- “Restore” brings the old text back
Restoring only puts the text back in the editor. After that, save and publish as usual so the website shows it too.
12.3 When something does not work
Section titled “12.3 When something does not work”| Message | What it means |
