Reports

What your bookings were worth, how many guests did not come, and the files for your accountant

Open Reports in the navigation. Only you see this page, team accounts don’t have it (Chapter 21).

At the top you choose the period: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 1 year. It always ends today and counts bookings by the day of the appointment, not the day they were made. The page opens with 30 days. If there was no booking in that time, it moves on to 90 days by itself, then to 1 year.

Figure What it counts
Bookings All bookings in the period, cancelled ones included. A couples booking counts once.
No-show rate Of the appointments marked Attended or No-show in the bookings list (Chapter 6.2), the share of no-shows. Underneath you see how many are marked, for example “3/20 marked”.
Cancellation rate The share of bookings in the period that were cancelled.
Repeat clients The share of bookings that come from guests with more than one booking in the same period. Guests are recognised by their email address, so a booking without one never counts. Over 1 year the figure tells you more than over 7 days.

As soon as your bookings have a value, four more tiles appear below the figures:

Tile What it shows
Revenue The value of all bookings in the period that were neither cancelled nor marked as no-show. Bookings nobody has marked yet count as well. Underneath: how many bookings that is.
Avg. per booking Revenue divided by that number.
Lost (no-show) What the no-shows would have brought in.
Lost (cancelled) What the cancelled bookings would have brought in.

The value of a booking comes from the prices of its treatments as they are set today. If a price changes, older bookings in the period count at the new price too. Several treatments in one booking add up, and a couples booking counts with the couple price set for the treatment. A table or a space without a price is worth 0. If nothing in the period has a value, the four tiles do not appear at all.

A voucher noted on a booking (Chapter 24.3) does not lower the figure. The booking counts at its full price, and the sale of the voucher shows up in the voucher export.

Chart What it shows
Bookings per day One bar per day at 7 and 30 days, per week at 90 days, per month at 1 year. The title stays the same.
Revenue over time The same in money.
By status Confirmed, pending, cancelled, attended and no-show. A booking can appear twice, as confirmed and as attended.
By weekday and By hour When your guests come, by the start of the appointment.
Top providers and Top services The eight with the most bookings. A booking with two treatments counts for both.
Revenue by service and Revenue by provider The eight that brought in the most.

A couples booking counts in full for one of its two therapists, in both provider charts. If you share revenue with your team, check couples bookings by hand.

At the bottom of the page, under Export for accounting, there are two buttons. The file downloads straight away.

  • “Bookings as CSV”: one row per booking in the period chosen at the top, with the columns ID, Date, From, To, Status, Attendance, Provider, Customer, Email, Phone, Services, Persons, Revenue, Currency, Payment and Created. From and To are the times, Created is when the booking was made. A couples booking is one row with 2 persons. Payment stays empty for bookings without online payment, otherwise it says “Paid”, “Open”, “Processing”, “Failed” or “Refunded”. The file is called, for example, mirabook-bookings-2026-07-12_2026-10-09.csv.
  • “Customers as CSV”: your whole customer list, whatever period is chosen, with the columns ID, Customer, Email, Phone, Bookings, Last visit, Marketing consent, Tags, Notes and Created. Bookings leaves out the cancelled ones. The consent shows as “yes” or “no”. Last visit is the date of the latest booking, and that can be one still ahead. The file name carries the day of the download, for example mirabook-customers-2026-10-09.csv.

Both files are written in the main language of your booking page: the column names, status, attendance, payment and consent, and also the names of providers and services.

The revenue column uses the same calculation as the page. It also lists the value of cancelled and no-show bookings, though. Leave out the rows with the status “Cancelled” and the attendance “No-show”, and the rest adds up to Revenue on the page.

The format follows the same language, so a double click opens the file correctly. For German, semicolons separate the columns and amounts have a decimal comma (25,00), as Excel with German settings expects. For English, Thai or Chinese, commas separate the columns and amounts have a decimal point (25.00). Thai script and German umlauts appear correctly either way.

An entry that starts with =, +, - or @ gets an invisible tab in front. Mostly that means phone numbers such as +66 81 234 5678. Excel then reads them as text rather than as a sum, and no guest can slip a formula into your file through their name.

Only you can download the files. The miraTEQ Support access can open this page but not download anything, and every download appears in the activity log as “Data downloaded” (Chapter 23).
