Getting started
Section titled “Getting started”How do I log in to my admin panel?
Section titled “How do I log in to my admin panel?”Use the admin link we sent you when your tool went live, then sign in with your password. The admin panel works on both mobile and desktop, with nothing to install.
Do my customers need an app to book or order?
Section titled “Do my customers need an app to book or order?”No. Everything runs in the mobile browser. Guests just open a link or scan a QR code, with no download and no sign-up required.
Which languages are supported?
Section titled “Which languages are supported?”The customer-facing pages support English, Thai and Chinese. Guests switch languages themselves using the flag button at the top of the page.
miraBOOK, Booking
Section titled “miraBOOK, Booking”How do I add a booking manually?
Section titled “How do I add a booking manually?”In the admin panel open “New booking”, enter the guest name, date, time and space, then save. It appears on the calendar immediately. Ideal for phone or walk-in guests. See the miraBOOK guide for details.
How do I block a time slot (holiday or break)?
Section titled “How do I block a time slot (holiday or break)?”Open the calendar in day view, tap a free slot, choose “Block this slot” and set the start and end time. The slot turns grey and guests can no longer book it.
Can I see which guests did not show up?
Section titled “Can I see which guests did not show up?”Yes. The “Statistics” page shows your no-show rate, and the “Guests” page keeps a searchable history of each guest including how many times they did not show.
How are guests reminded before their booking?
Section titled “How are guests reminded before their booking?”miraBOOK sends automatic reminders by email and/or LINE before the booking time, a proven way to reduce no-shows. You can turn reminders on or off in the settings.
How do I automatically ask guests for a Google review?
Section titled “How do I automatically ask guests for a Google review?”Turn on the review feature in settings. After a visit, miraBOOK automatically invites the guest to leave a Google review, helping you collect positive reviews without asking each guest yourself.
