Pre-orders & Order History

Orders placed before the guest arrives, and the record of every day that has passed

A guest with a reservation can choose their dishes in advance (Chapter 5.5). Those orders wait here:

These go to the kitchen only once the guest checks in (table QR).

That is the whole point: nothing is cooked for a table that never arrives. The list shows the upcoming pre-orders, and when the guest is at the table you press Check in. Only then does the order appear on the kitchen screen, exactly like an order placed at the table.

If nobody has pre-ordered, the tab reads β€œNo upcoming pre-orders.”

πŸ“‹ History is the record of days that have already happened. Pick a date at the top and you get every order of that day:

Column Shows
Time When the order was placed
Table Which table it came from
Status How it ended, for example paid or cancelled
Items What was ordered
Total The amount

Above the table stands the revenue for the chosen day.

If the day was quiet, or you picked a date before you started, the tab reads β€œNo orders on this day.”
